  • Trip details you share for the purpose of booking hotel rooms and hotel amenities (for example: destination, dates, hotel preferences, number of guests, and other booking-related requests).

  • Address details for reservations (if needed): We may collect an address only if it’s needed to complete a hotel reservation or add details to a reservation on your behalf. We do not collect shipping addresses.

  • Information collected automaticallywhen you use the Site, such as your IP address and basic device/browser information.

We collect information when you:

  • contact us through the Site (for example, by submitting a form or sending a message), and

  • browse the Site (information collected automatically).

Any payment information you submit through that secure link is handled by the payment provider and is subject to that provider’s privacy and security practices.

Hosting and storage
Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Sharing
We may share your information only as needed to provide the services you request, such as sharing relevant details with hotels or other service providers involved in fulfilling your booking request.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

6) How we communicate with you

We may contact you to respond to your inquiry, confirm details, and provide updates related to your booking request. We may contact you by email or other methods you use to communicate with us.

7) Cookies and other tracking tools

We may use cookies and similar technologies to help the Site work properly and understand how visitors use it. We do not currently use separate marketing or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). If we add any third-party tracking tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy.

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We use an age confirmation popup to help prevent use by visitors under 13.
